Agency provides convenient contact and set up assistance to appointments ,for our residents to obtain efficient, Access Scheduling and Transportation for physician appointments and other outings, and provide residents ,with direct care staff assistance on those appointment days and for activity outings .
Cancellation Policy
Any anticipated need of re-scheduling ,and or any shift cancellations by the Beyond client,should be immediately communicated no later,than 2 hours before-their requested or scheduled shift are to begin. By,Contacting the Beyond Home Care Agency Office and to avoid any associated cancellation fees charges and or interruption in their continued care services. And or to reschedule at earliest connivence.
