Service Description

Medication management ,is a review of our residents physician prescribed medications, that are performed by a qualified Professional Registered Nurse,. Who will ensure ,that our residents receives, safe medication management, instructions , reminders and teachings on their physician prescribed medications. On their prescribed medication dosages, routes, drug action and the self administration times. And our Registered Nurses are alert to ,each resident's ,known drug and or nutritional allergies, if any . And are aware of any signs of a medication adverse reactions, to drugs ,contradictions and or medication duplications. Which can safe guard ,our residents from any potential medication errors and or potential harm or negative adverse effects . And medication reminders ,are given to our residents, by a qualified direct care staff worker that ensures, medications are taken at the prescribed times.
